Prometheus Cave is a natural monument in Tskaltubo municipality, with a total length of about 1.8 km and sections formed roughly 40 meters below ground.
The cave is estimated to be 60-70 million years old and is known for shaped karst formations, stalactites and stalagmites.
It is located near Kumistavi village in the Kuma River basin. Of the 22 discovered halls, 6 are open to visitors.
Visitors can walk approximately 1420 meters through selected halls and, in designated sections, enjoy a boat experience.
Distinct features include petrified waterfalls, hanging stone curtains and helictites.
